Adventria provides a decision-making algorithm intended for entertainment and convenience.

• Suggestions Only: Any result generated by the Engine—whether it’s a restaurant, a park, or an activity—is a suggestion, not a command.

• Accuracy: We rely on third-party data (like Google Maps) to find locations. We cannot guarantee that a business is open, that the prices are accurate, or that the location still exists.

3. Use at Your Own Risk (The Disclaimer) 

This is the "common sense" clause.

• Safety: You are responsible for your own safety. If the Engine suggests a walk in a park at 3:00 AM, use your judgment.

• No Liability: Adventria and its creators are not liable for any incidents, accidents, bad meals, or "failed" dates that occur as a result of using our suggestions.

4. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to:

• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access the site in a way that creates an unreasonable load on our servers.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the decision engine or bypass our security features.

• Use the service for any illegal purposes in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property 

The "Adventria" name, logo, the custom decision-logic, and the content within our Intel Guides are the property of Adventria. You’re welcome to share links to our guides, but please don't copy-paste our content to your own site. 

6. Changes to Service 

We are constantly tweaking the Engine to make it smarter. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
